The Marathon man

Charan is an avid Marathon runner. He successfully reduced his weight and was able to achieve better performance in his physical activities with the support from the IOH program.



The following is what he had to say about it.

"I'm a marathon runner and my main concern was overweight and high waist circumference. I have tried over 2 years to reduce my weight but have been unsuccessful. 

I joined IOH in April 2017. With IOH, they identified the mistakes in my diet. Since I'm a vegetarian, I was following a high calorie, low protein diet. The team helped me with my diet which resulted in weight-loss, bulging tummy reduction and better sports performance. In just a span of 8 weeks, I lost 5 kgs and 8 cms from my waist. My time with IOH was an amazing learning experience."
